Two chambers side-by-side, both with interior dimensions of 10'2" wide X 5'2" deep X 9' tall. Box utilizes a common center insulated wall. Door dimensions are 4' wide X 7'8" tall, each door has a 14" X 26" thermal window as well a heavy duty floor ramps for easy loading and unloading wheeled carts. Constuction is foamed-in-place urethane 4" thick, with cam-lock modular design. Interior is 304 stainless steel, exterior is 26 gauge stucco embossed baked white enamel aluminum. Each box has 4 vapor proof light fixtures, 8 - 3" ceiling ports and 3 - 3" wall ports. Temperature range is -30C to +80C with an average ramp rate of 10C per minute (ramp rate vaires based on added heat loads and density loads as well as temperature range). Each box has a separate controller using JC Systems model 620A fast trac. This chamber utilizes a 33 CFM dry air purge by Die-Electric. Each box utilizes a separate "dry-air" flow regulator and solenoid control valve. Each box has 8 additional thermal couple inputs. Each chamber controller has separate communications via RS-232C/422A or GP-IEEE. Chamber utilizes two 30 horsepower Compland discuss compressors using R404A refrigerant and dual 225,000 btu water cooled condensers. The right chamber has 10,800 hours of use, the left chamber has 6,200 hours of use. Outside dimensions are approx. 22' wide X 13' deep X 10' tall. Voltage requirements are 460v / 3 phase / 300 amps.
